IMPORTANT: If you have have observed a Body Corporate By-Law breach, please contact your (onsite) Building Manager/Caretaking Service Contractor/Facility Manager in the first instance.
Where ongoing or repeated breaches of the (same) Body Corporate By-law has been observed and Building Management has been unsuccessful in resolving the dispute, may an application be made to the Body Corporate/Committee. We request that care is taken when completing the online form. Information provided will adjoin any future conciliation/adjudication applications lodged with the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate & Community Management, if applicable. Accurate details and all supporting documents (proof or evidence of a breach) must be provided.
Complaints received by the Body Corporate will be considered at the next scheduled meeting of the voting committee members or by way of vote taken outside a committee meeting (in an emergency only).
All supporting documents (photographs, diagrams, police report, witness statements, video footage, relevant legislative references, industry resources etc.) require to adjoin your complaint. Please prepare the above in advance and before completing the online form.

The Body Corporate Committee will consider your request and review any/all supporting documents. In the event that your complaint is escalated to the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate & Community Management, the BCCM Form 1 Form will be required to be completed.

Voting Committee Members hold obligations to act in the best interest of all Lot Owners.
Please note that if NO precedence has been set in the scheme, the Body Corporate reserves the right to refer your matter/request to a General Meeting of all Lot Owners. A minimum 21 day notice period applies when calling a General Meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure that Application Forms are completed in full to avoid any unnecessary delays or disappointments.
It is the lot owner’s responsibility to inform the body corporate if contact details change. Lot owner’s must also ensure that tenant contact details are advised to the body corporate and kept up to date at all times.
