Course participants acquire the essential skills to perform a site-specific audit of compliance and prepare a detailed 'Building Management Report'. A comprehensive check of the common property (cleaning and gardening performance standards) and body corporate maintenance records is conducted, without the fear of the scheme incurring penalties or infringement notices.
Industry Professionals practically apply ABMA Code theory to day-to-day body corporate management practices to ensure high levels of service delivery.
For schemes greater than 24 lots, a 2 day course will apply and/or where building infrastructure is significant. To qualify for this training program, students must have successfully completed Day 1 & Day 2 of training.

Description:
A complete review of ARAMA (sample) Assignment Interview questions is undertaken in addition to completing the Body Corporate & Commissioner's Office On-line Assessment under the close supervision and assistance of a qualified body corporate specialist instructor. The intention of the training course is to ensure that new incoming Buyers/Managers are able to confidently respond to and address queries raised in the ARAMA Interview Questionnaire and also the BCCM Commissioner's Office Assessment. 6 to 7 Hours is initially allocated to this session, however, session times may be extended to accommodate student competency levels. Additional training hours will be charged at the hourly rate of $165/ hour. Course participants will be provided sample questions ahead of the scheduled training session and encouraged to respond to assessment questions leading up to the workshop. Finally, it is strongly recommended that students complete "Day 1" & "Day 2" training programs prior to enrolling to this course as students will rely upon and build on knowledge previously acquired through the BC101 and BCBP workshops. The intention of this program is to ensure that students are well prepared for the upcoming Assignment of Management Rights interview with prospective new Committee Members and Strata Managers. This course is particularly critical for interviews where an independent expert has been appointed by the Body Corporate to conduct the interview.
