The intention of the training program is to ensure that, as a minimum, the new incoming Buyer/Manager is able to confidently respond to and address queries raised in the ARAMA Interview Questionnaire and also the BCCM Commissioner’s Office Assessment. 3 to 4 Hours is initially allocated to this session, however, session times may be extended to accommodate student competency levels. Additional training hours will be charged at the hourly rate of $110/ hour. Course participants will be provided sample questions ahead of the scheduled training session and encouraged to respond to assessment questions leading up to the workshop. Finally, it is strongly recommended that students complete “Day 1″ & “Day 2” training programs prior to enrolling to this course as students will rely upon and build on knowledge previously acquired through the SPAI and BCBP workshops. The intention of this program is to ensure that students are well prepared for the upcoming Assignment of Management Rights interview with prospective new Committee Members and Strata Managers.
