| Course Description | Students acquire the essential skills to perform a site-specific audit of compliance and prepare a detailed 'Building Management Report'. A comprehensive check of the common property (cleaning and gardening performance standards) and body corporate maintenance records is conducted, without the fear of the scheme incurring penalties or infringement notices. Industry Professionals practically apply ABMA Code theory to day-to-day body corporate management practices to ensure high levels of service delivery. For schemes greater than 24 lots, a 2 day program will apply and/or where building infrastructure is significant. To qualify for this training program, students must have successfully completed BC101 (Building Compliance 101) and BCBP (Body Corporate Best Practice) Training Courses |

Step-by-step review of the “Diverse FMX”, “Leary & Partners” or “Seymour Consulting” Caretaker Performance Management Audit Report and direct assistance to deliver on any identified non-compliances.
An internal check of compliance with various acts, codes of practices is conducted without the fear of students incurring infringement notices of penalties:
